As a
product analyst on the Personal Lines Auto team, you'll conduct research and analysis that supports the profitability and growth of our auto product for one of our top 15 states. In this role, youll ensure our product is priced accurately overall and across all business and customer segments . Youll work closely with the product manager to analyze trends, create strategies, and rapidly implement and monitor changes to grow our Agency and Direct auto insurance businesses while ensuring underwriting profitability. Additionally, youll assess monthly performance, identify segmentation opportunities, explore underlying drivers of market trends, support product revisions and updates, and share findings with business partners.
Hybrid preferred (Cleveland, OH or Richmond, VA), but open to remote.
Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience interpreting complex data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Product, R&D, and/or Pricing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills along with effective project management abilities.
Compensation
- $79,200 - $105,600/ year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
